With over 30 years of valuable international experience in education, Mrs. Mini Tripathi has contributed to the field in eclectic ways. She devoted twenty-five years to building high-quality educational systems at schools in the Global Education Management Systems in the United Arab Emirates. In an attempt to extend her experience to develop the field of education in India, her recent contribution over the past five years includes Co-founding Edupulz with Dr. Piyush Tripathi to support and improve the educational systems in the school in India. Together they developed systems to support schools by conducting quality assurance reviews and training workshops for teachers and future education leaders.

Mini graduated with a Masters in Educational Leadership and Management from Manchester Metropolitan University, the United Kingdom, and received the ‘Best Teacher Award’ in 1997. She is an expert in pedagogical classroom practices. Her focus is on training and up-skilling of teachers for the future. She has introduced many innovative teaching strategies for 21st-century learners; She has Authored 12 skill-based books titled ‘The Toughy Turtles,’ which aims at building a strong foundation for Primary scholars.

Mini’s vision for Edupulz is to standardize the quality of education provided across schools and upsurge the accountability in educational leaders and drive among their teams.

Mr. Vernon Shepherd has excelled in Risk management consultant safety and security of the students. Being a dynamic sportsman who has trained students in various sports and games, his main focus was on ensuring the safety and security of students not only on the sports ground but also in the school campus in general.

He has over 38 years of experience both in India and abroad. He has travelled extensively as coach and manager for the gulf contingent for CBSE sports meets. He headed the departments of physical education for 30 years both in India and in Dubai.

He was external examiner for physical education for 5 years in Oman and was awarded the ‘best teachers award ‘ 2 years running for his extensive caring and alert nature to avoid any mishap and his passion for sports and trekking.

His passion started like any other young man on the playing grounds of St George’s College Mussoorie.

Aakriti Sharma has masters in clinical Psychology. A licensed behaviour Analyst in USA. Has conducted many workshops for staff and students in the Middle East.

Aakriti contemplates that a step towards mainstreaming special education students will help promote all children having an equal opportunity for success in India and across the globe. A lot needs to be done for these children. She feels that Edupulz as a Team is a great initiative to reach out to those parents and tutors who need guidance and assistance with the special educational needs children.

Dr. Usha Misra is a Ph.D. from Lucknow University in Psychology. She is a counselor for parents, students and teachers. She deals with the anxiety, depression, addiction and childhood plus teenage problems. Dr. Usha has 30+ years of teaching and education experience with a strong emphasis on adolescent psychology, career counseling and personality development.

Dr. Usha feels that there is a dire need to develop personal and social skills in students in order to be successful in both personal and professional life. Children must be taught to work as team players and manage themselves in a manner which is acceptable in the society and the world around. .Edupulz is a platform which nurtures this capability.

A Computer Engineering graduate from PSET, Bangalore Aakar has worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers for Three Years and is presently pursuing his Master’s in Engineering Management from North Eastern University Boston, USA. Aakar believes that the changing times push us towards an EdTech-driven universe and the demise of brick-and-mortar classrooms. He feels we are in a new age of rapidly evolving technology. We owe it to our students and future generations to begin developing new tools, new methods, new accountability practices, and more dynamic learning environments to reach learners wherever they might be.

Dr. Shivani Barthwal holds a PhD in Wildlife. Her desire lies in creating an environmentally responsible society. She has trained teachers and community on environment education.

Shivani believes that whatsoever wrong has been done by us must be rectified by us. To protect and manage the environment it is imperative to have a sound environmental education. It is a way to teach students /people and societies on how to use the present and future resources optimally and gain knowledge to handle the fundamental issues leading to local pollution. Edupulz as an educational forum is the right platform to guide the new generation to be an environment friendly and responsible citizen of the country and the world at large.

Dr. Bina Saklani has given twenty five years in higher education. Bina worked as a Professor in Social and Medical Anthropology at the HNB University Srinagar Garhwal. She received her Masters’ degree in 1990 & D.Phil. in 1992. Bina has been a member governing body at the Society for Indian Medical Anthropology in Mysore, India. In addition to that, she has been a member of the Association for Asian Studies in Philadelphia, USA; the Global Science and Technology Forum in Singapore; and a member state general for the Body Mahila Samakhya in Uttarakhand.

Bina has vast experience in research, with numerous publications submitted in major journals such as the National and International Journals and Tribal Anthologies. She has also presented research findings in major international forums and seminars. Dr. Bina is enthusiastic about involving and training our future leaders in education through the Edupulz internship program and supports the vision of Edupulz.

With over 25 years of teaching experience in national and international schools all over India, Jyoti Dhawan is an educationist. Her travels across the country and overseas have enriched and shaped her academic experiences and pedagogic ethos. Her passion for education as a tool for social transformation has driven her to absorb rich and holistic experiences across all facets of school education, including policy, academic leadership, administration, and understanding of the key drivers in the education sector in India. Her interests include school effectiveness and academic improvement, teacher development, collaborative and innovative approaches to teaching and learning, leadership, and strategic management of schools.
